2/1/2007 - Cleveland, OH - After posting four individual wins in dual meet victories over Bowling Green and Kenyon College, Miami University sophomore Malarie Schmidt (Batavia, Ill./Rosary) has been tabbed as the Mid-American Conference Swimmer of the Week. The weekly conference honor is the first of Schmidt's career, and she is the third RedHawk this season to earn the award. More...

1/28/2007 - Cleveland, OH - Picking up her second individual conference honor of the week, Miami University sophomore swimmer Allison Stevens (Laurel, Md./James Hubert Blake) has been tabbed as the Mid-American Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Week. Stevens (3.8 GPA/Journalism), who also was named the MAC Swimmer of the Week on Tuesday, earned the award after winning four individual events and helping Miami keeps it undefeated record intact. 7/17/2006 - ATHENS, GA. - Continuing to build upon her successful junior season in the pool, Miami University swimmer Margaret Patrick (Marietta, Ga.) won the consolation final of the 50-meter freestyle at the 2006 Speedo Championship Series Southern Sectional. In the meet hosted by the University of Georgia, Patrick clocked in with a time of 26.49 in the finals, the sixth-fastest time of any swimmer in the finals. More...
