MU PSI WINS FOUNDERS CUP!
We are extremely excited to announce that we have been awarded the Founders Cup for the best Sammy Chapter in the country! This is the third time that Mu Psi
has won the Founders Cup (1971, 1993, and 2003). The award was presented during our international convention over the summer. In addition, Pat Nolan
won the award for the best Sammy prior of 2002-03; Ryan Crossley won the award for the best exchequer; and Ben Cahen won the award for the best recorder! |
SAMMY PLEDGE CLASS 2004
After a very successful Rush in January, 29 Men are fortunate to pledge Sammy during the Winter session. Despite low numbers during rush, we continue to come out on top with an excellent candidate class. Over the course of the next six weeks, the Sammy candidates will maintain a busy schedule. SAMMY ATHLETICS
The chapter has had an outstanding year in athletics. The soccer team
won the All-Campus Championship, and the Softball team won the All-Fraternity
Championship, beating Theta Chi in a thrilling 7-inning game. The
hockey team has moved up to the Division I level, and has been competing
valiantly thus far. Christopher Tkach, a senior from St. Louis, won
the Singles Championship for Tennis. Congratulations Mr. Tkach, A.K.A. T-Bash. Currently, the chpater is in
first place in Division II, and is also first place for the All-Campus
Points Championship. It appears the chapter is poised to win Division
II and move up to Division I at the end of this year. |
