- Editions with 1-3 books: $85.00 (plus $5.31 tax for OH residents)
- Editions with 4-9 books: $50.00 (plus $3.13 tax for OH residents)
- Editions with 10+ books: $35.00 (plus $2.19 tax for OH residents)
