Officer Responsibilities:
-Promote faculty and staff relations.
-Strengthen and promote alumni relations.
-Coordinate scholarships and scholarship programs.
-Coordinate Senior Survival Scholarships.
-Oversee faculty appreciation day.
Goals for Term as a Panhel Officer:
1. Work to bring Miami’s chapters together to form a more unified group of women by encouraging active participation in programming provided for the benefit of all chapters on campus.
2. Reach out to Miami’s Greek Alumni during Miami’s Bicentennial year for support and participation in Bicentennial events.
3. Increase communications with Miami alumni and staff.
Best thing about being Greek at Miami University:
The best part about being Greek is having sisters that turn into lifelong friends, reaching out to the greater community and helping Oxford’s elderly and youth, helping campus feel more like family, and finding an organization that I can be part of for life. Being Greek has helped me grow as an individual and experience unique leadership opportunities.
