Bio:
I’m a Junior Political Science/Journalism double major who is not really quite sure what she wants to do after graduation. I’ve served on the joint Panhel/IFC community service committee since my Freshman year and I’m so happy to be able to be a part of it again next year as VP of Community Engagement and Service! I love watching soapnet, gossip girl, grey’s anatomy, and so you think you can dance. I love to be active and to be outside and of course - helping people! :) If you ever need anything don’t hesitate to let me know!
Officer Responsibilities:
-Co-select and co-chair the community service and philanthropy committee with IFC counterpart.
-Co-chair the Greek Community Project Fund.
-Attend student community relations committee meetings.
-Update list of philanthropies and philanthropy guidelines.
-Attend all meetings of community concern.
-Coordinate all Panhellenic community events, including but not limited to “Greek Spring Clean”.
-Update and coordinate the Greek philanthropy guidelines.
Goals for Term as a Panhel Officer
1.Make people feel comfortable coming to Panhel with any questions/concerns, etc. We’re here to help all of you!
2.Work on making service an even bigger component of being Greek – giving back to the Oxford community is so important and I would like to make it exciting
Best thing about being Greek at Miami University:
Sisterhood – being Greek has allowed me the opportunity to meet some of the most fantastic women that Miami has to offer and I could not be more grateful for that.
