Welcome to the Miami University Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (otherwise known as MU SHRM!)  We are glad you have taken the time to check us out.  The purpose of SHRM, according to our chapter constitution, is as follows:

(a) to educate members of SHRM, as well as members of the university community, about the many facets of Human Resource Management.

(b) to provide an organization where like-minded students can learn more about Human Resource Management in the real world through speakers and conventions; and,

(c) to promote the Human Resource Management major and minor on campus.
