The Miami University Student Foundation (MUSF) offers a Chicago Bus Trip Service as a convenient, economical, and safe way for students to return home to the Chicago area during official University breaks.  Profits from the bus trips help support the 8 Student Scholarships that MUSF funds.

The bus will stop along the Tri-State Tollway (I-94/294/80) in the following locations: Lincoln Oasis, Hinsdale Oasis, O'Hare Oasis, Lake Forest Oasis, and Kenosha, Wisconsin (See Chicago Area Departure Information for details). Pick-up and drop-off at Miami University is on the south side of Cook Field.

Terms of Purchases

• The Bus Trip is $95 per round trip ticket.  Space is limited, so please purchase tickets as early as possible to assure a spot.
• After your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
• Students should receive a reminder email or phone call, but they are ultimately responsible for getting to the bus on time. 
• Bus Trip tickets will be e-mailed (we use the e-mail address given at the time of purchase) one week prior to the departure date.
• If only one bus is needed there will only be a 5:30pm bus and all 1:00pm tickets will automatically be changed over.
• If trips are sold out, a waiting list is kept.  Please email MUSF_bustrips@muohio.edu with your name, contact information, and trip preference (if applicable).

Chicago Area Departure Information
The busses will leave Kenosha at 11:30 am (CST) on all trips except for the Spring Break trip.  The Spring Break bus (Sunday, March 23, 2008) will depart Kenosha at 2:00 PM for the return trip to Miami.  All return times to Oxford are estimates.  Please allow at least one half hour for each subsequent stop.  The busses will promptly leave the departure locations at the indicated times, so we suggest arriving at your departure location 30 minutes early.  The busses will load on the south/east bound side of the Oases.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only given for pre-paid tickets by submitting a request in writing to: musf_bustrips@muohio.edu two weeks prior to the departure date. MUSF will return $65 to the purchaser upon the timely completion of a refund request form. A $30 administrative fee will be retained for each refunded ticket. If a refund request form is not submitted by the deadline, no refund will be granted.

No one-way tickets will be sold.
