Speaker:  Lauren Resnick, Director, Learning Research and Development Center, University of Pittsburgh.  Dr. Resnick will discuss emerging theory holding that in “nested learning communities” personnel at all levels need to spend their time on instructional, as opposed to managerial, functions.
