Requirements for Pledges to become Active Members:

Pay $35 (nonrefundable) Pledge Fee
20 Hours of Service, including:

One Campus Project
One Community Project
One Fundraising Project
One Scouting, Philanthropy, or Additional Fundraising Project
Two Pledge Projects

52 Interviews

One Advisor
Eleven Officers
Two Pledge Eds
Three Chairs
Fifteen Actives
Twenty Pledges

Serve on a committee (at least 3 consecutive meetings)

Attend an APhiO Event with your APhiO Family
Attend a joint meeting
Create a Pledge Page
Pass all Quizzes
Attend a RAP Session
Participate in Pledge Evaluations
Pay a $45 Activation fee

The pledging semester is a twelve-week program designed to acquaint you with the principles of Alpha Phi Omega. APhiO has a no hazing policy; all of our requirements are carefully designed to prepare you for Active membership in Alpha Phi Omega... And to be good times for all!

Don't dismiss Alpha Phi Omega because you think you are too busy. Many of our brothers have jobs, are involved in other organizations, are taking a heavy course load and still go above and beyond their requirements. You can do it!
